Alec is the best in the area for a reason. I knew going into the selling of this house. It was going to be somewhat of a challenge. We did critical work to the property that was needed, but it is a very unique property built in the 1800s. I wanted the best in the business to try to sell the house because I knew a regular realtor would not cut it. Alec was nothing short of top-notch.
